Okay so I'm looking for some lamps for my house because it seems we've had a lamp run and all the lamps in our house have recently died tragic deaths, fallen off of ladders and been dismanteled by curious toddlers. Did I find any lamps last week though? No of course not because that's what I was LOOKING for (you'll never find the thing you go for--thrifting rule number one), but I did find lots of other fun things, mostly pottery which is no big surprise, and a totally awesome breakfast table which I love, love love.
Me! okay dork alert here's my new favorite necklace find--love that it weighs about nine tons--two euros
my totally awesome breakfast table in pine or ash, not sure--hard to get back far enough to take a good photo of its shape but it's sort of surfboard shaped, l o v e r l y but I'll have to keep it covered in plastic 99 percent of the time, *sigh* fifty euros

oversized coffee cups for petit déj--marked on the bottom from Sarreguermines--why can't I find two more!!?A few more of my finds are on my Flickr stream. And yes these were found over three visits so I'm not THAT much of an addict, (well three visits in ten days but remember I am usually stranded at home so I have to condense my shopping).
