My sister leaves tomorrow. I'm going to really miss her. I think she's eager to get back home though; get back to her bulldozer. The Bulldozer ended up leaving early after what I'd label a scuffle and yet others would call an all out blowout of epic proportions. I guess you had to be there to make the call. I'm not proud of myself or what I said but sometimes you can't let pride stand in the way of that huge vent blowing hurricane style from your mouth.
Apparently they're still in love. Nothing could change that.
Umm...unfortunately.
Meanwhile Baby S and I enjoyed our last afternoon with his auntie Jane walking along The Port in near silence. Dialogue is probably an overrated pastime anyway.

Oooh.
I must remind myself that curiosity killed the cat.
I'm glad you had some "alone" time with your sister, though.
Wow, that must have been some fight for him to change his plane ticket and head back home....any chance of getting the whole story?
And I'm with Ali, at least that left you a little bit of quality time with your sis.
It's always good to stand your ground in something you believe in...Whatever it was, It seems that you are very reasonable, so I'm sure it must have been the right thing to say...:)
I have issues with my sister, actually we have not spoken in 3+ years :o((((((..over someone who sounds a bit like the "bulldozer"....sigh..Life is so short, I'm glad you're sister stuck around with you, and he left:)
regards, kim
***popping pocorn*** can't wait to hear the rest of the story!! Ready for a fireside chat.
bulldozer bulled
sister slient treatment
baby charming
hurricane style mouth...you make me laugh! I wish I could speak up sometimes, and let a few hurricanes roll through.
Silence is golden as long as the air is clean!
ps I am in line to for the whole story.
Blimey the bulldozer must have been really pissed off to have got up and left.
I'm with Toungue in Cheek on this one. I would LOVE to speak my mind sometimes (espeacially to my MIL) but don't, so always end up fuming inside. I don't know weather it's me being a coward or just trying to keep the peace.
The few times I have said something I've always felt so lousy afterwards I just don't know if it's worth it !
Opps wanted to add that I hope this didn't spoil the time you had with your sister, too much!
Pauline, don't feel bad, being the other way isn't any better - a lot of the time, I feel like I speak my mind too much, especially for the French, but some things I just can't keep in! There has to be a happy medium in between there some where...*S*
Well it's not like bulldozer rules your house! And I'd love to take a walk there anytime. :)
I guess since everyone else is as curious as me, I can say too...I'm waiting for the story, anytime you're ready to let loose, we are all apparently waiting:) I've got the popcorn and wine ;)

Whatever happened, I am sure you had your reasons. Though you would think that he would try and make things easier and bite his tongue...at least for his girlfriends sake.
Sorry to hear that your sister is leaving. At least you had some time to spend with her.
Like some others; I kinda want to know what the bulldozer did or said. It must have been bad....
