Totally and completely lovely. Just last night, as I was nursing Felix to sleep I was looking at his face and thinking that he looked so grown up. He is almost 1! But, then I looked at his body which is still so round and baby like...I can't believe how fast they change. I can still see glimpses of my little newborn in his nose and mouth but then he WALKS away from me and I realize that I have a toddler.
Baby S looks mature and knowing in this photo! Thanks for sharing and reminding me that it is ok to think that our babes are just amazing...
Cold Comfort Farm, on the other hand...a movie made for tv? I have never heard of it! Should I have?
Sara it's scary how much they change. He was just a baby yesterday if memory serves me well.
Cold Comfort is a really funny cult film on video I think but made for tv originally. It doesn't have anything to do with babies but Seb always teases me that I'm the mother in the film with the strapping son Seth. She has a shrine to him in her bedroom with candles and evertime anyone mentions him she gets this lovey-dovey look on her face.
Jemma Seann loves Jaya's pictures too. He's often on my lap when I'm on your blog and I say "look it's Jaya!" Then he points at her and says "dah!" A budding internet romance maybe? They'd be very cute together.
