Swings

I've been repainting the old swingset in the backyard, trying to rescue it before the rust completely kills it. I tested the rings and it's solid enough for the kids. The rust is just surface rust, nothing a little Hammerite paint won't cure.

This isn't the same swingset we were given a while back. This is one that was left in the garden from the fifties or sixties. It's really pretty and I wanted to save it before Seb decided to tear it out. He always wants to tear everything out, grr.




We'll still put the other swingset up too. I just have to paint it to match this one. Then we can have two swings, a baby swing, a climbing rope and a trapeze bar.
