We're back all relaxed and refreshed and even if there wasn't much done on the house while we were gone it was good to get away from the dust for a few days.
The rest of our windows are being installed today. This is the second week of the install and it's freezing in the house. I hope they get done soon. The new windows look wonderful though. I was worried they'd look cheap being PVC and not wood, but no they look great and we're really happy with them.
Next week we're supposed to get our radiators reconnected and finally have some heat. I'm ready to live in a warm house again. We've been lucky that it hasn't been all that cold.
Lots of jobs still to do but the house is slowly starting to take form.
